BACKGROUND
NOCO started in 1914 as a chemical company, specializing in battery terminal cleaners. Today, they have evolved into a large international company, selling battery chargers, jump-starters, cleaners and much more.
I was lucky enough to be able to work at the Chandler, AZ office for a year as an Industrial Design / Design Engineering intern from May 2021-2022.
While working there, I was tasked with updating renders on their website and Amazon page. The renders had been done in Solidworks previously, and were updated in Keyshot. From Keyshot, the renders were post processed in Phototshop and Illustrator.
GC020
The GC020 is a "12V Plug 2-Way Splitter that allows you to use two of your favorite 12-volt devices at the same time, like a tire inflator, vacuum, power inverter and more. It features fused connections for increased safety, and a water-resistant cap to protect the 12-volt female socket from the elements. Made from a high-conductivity 16AWG 100-percent copper wire and a rated capacity of 15-amperes." - NOCO
The challenge with these renders was finding intriguing compositions that would help sell and show all of the products capabilities as efficiently as possible.
Understanding how Amazon's retail pages worked was also extremely important. The 7 thumbnails and 6 A+ content pictures confined our marketing output, so we had to be concise, and informative, leaving nothing up for question for a potential customer.

GC004
The GC004 is a "10ft extension cable allowing users to extend the reach of their battery charger and accessories, making it easier to reach awkward locations." - NOCO
The same challenges for the GC020 were present for the GC004, in that it was difficult to find intriguing compositions that would help sell and show the features and capabilities of the product.
